1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using vortextech's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

vortextech provides lead generation and online advertising services to businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Qualified lead generation across multiple advertising channels
• Social network integration and advertising campaign management
• Performance analytics and reporting
• Campaign optimization and consultation services

3. Qualification Process

vortextech reserves the right to review and qualify all potential clients. Not all applications will be approved. We will notify you within 24-48 hours if your application meets our qualification criteria.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Our pricing is based on qualified leads delivered, with rates varying by advertising channel:

• Starter Channel: $40 per qualified lead
• Growth Channel: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Channel: $60 per qualified lead

Payment terms will be established in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.

5. Lead Quality Standards

We define a qualified lead as a prospect who meets the criteria established in your service agreement and has expressed genuine interest in your products or services. All leads are verified before delivery.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information and target audience criteria
• Responding to leads in a timely manner
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining professional standards in all communications

7. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, methodologies, and processes used by vortextech remain our intellectual property. Clients may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute our proprietary systems.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of our business relationship.

9. Limitation of Liability

vortextech's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. vortextech reserves the right to terminate services immediately for breach of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

vortextech reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
